Blocked number called me told me they were a process server and I was being served litigation papers and to call this other number. That lady told me if I didn’t pay today I would be sued tomorrow for a debt on 02/06/08 for a medical debt which doesn’t even exist they also told me I would have liens and judgements on my credit

They contacted me about a supposed medical bill. They had a ton of my information, threatened criminal action against me for supposedly not paying this medical bill I had no idea about. I am paying them $150/every two weeks out of my bank account until February 2020. Found out AFTER the fact that this isn’t legitimate. I have no idea how to get them to stop taking the funds out of my bank account. They stated my work checks would be garnished if I didn’t.

A man called and left a voicemail stating that a lawsuit was pending against me and to call to resolve the issue. I called the number given 888-720-2823. The woman who answered said she couldn’t tell me what it was for unless I gave her my SS#, DOB and current address. I told her I would not give her my personal information and am not required to give ALL of that information unless it is to get into my personal bank accounts, she became very angry and said I would just be sued then if I didn’t give it to her. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said no that she was the only person i could speak to and I refused my personal information again, she then hung up. She claimed her name was Jennifer Scott and she worked for Bayview Asset Group
