Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered an item on November 26, 2019 from this "company". They charged my charge card but I have never received the item. Today is December 30, 2019. I have made numerous phone calls but they will not return my calls (have not talked to anyone). I am trying to get my money back or get the item I ordered. I would prefer my money back. It’s like the company does not even exist but they keep emailing me to try to get me to purchase more items from them! I have not received anything except the charge on my card.
