Ordered 12 oil pack for free and a diffuser for 9.99 plus shipping on Dec. 16th. I never received the order #2573, I have tried contacting 3 times with no replies. I am out $17.97. I called the phone number provided an d got a recording saying “the google subscriber is unavailable, leave a message” no response!
