My business just got a call from the BBB Refund Department stating I have a refund coming to me. They guy had a middle eastern accent but, when I call the woman who answer had an american accent. My name is Randy with RB’s Water Resources, she told me I had a refund coming to me. That’s when I answer her stating , "I just got my invoice in the mail". You need to stop lying, then she hung up on me. Just wanted to report this information to my local BBB. She called me twice now.

A foreign speaking man by the name of Joe called me stating he was calling from Texas. Said that I have $559 due back from the ScamPulse.com Refund Department. He tried to get me to go to a website. I told the caller I was busy and had to leave, so I hung up. Website he told me to go to is AAMMYY.com. I get many Tech Support calls. Also, my checking account was drained of $1000 in Spring of 2015. I’m not sure how this happened but I contacted the bank.
