I have never applied for an online account with Bank of the West. I don’t need to apply as I am satisfied with the credit union I am currently doing business with.
When I tried to get Bank of the West to drop the account, they wanted my social security number which I will never give out to anyone I don’t have a reason do business with.
I want the so-called account frozen.
