my complaint would read like the above complaint, obviously not good service at all, only my complaint includes the amount of $297 on 1/5/21. so I respectfully request that amount be credited to my ckg account at wells fargo bank #3535404846. thank you. i’ll keep an eagle eye out for the credit to my account.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

You pay the $47 on one page and then you go to another page and they ask you for more money. Skip that page and they ask for even more money. You try contacting the 24/7 customer service that they supposedly have and the phone just rings. Then if you do get through you will be the 1st caller in line and they hang up on you. Did it to me twice. Ask for a refund several times and got no response from their support email.
