Received letter stating that I had the lucky winning numbers and was approved for a lump sum payment of $4,500,000. US dollars. In order to claim it I was informed to call a claim agent for processing and remittance of the prize money to a designated bank account of my choice. I was to keep this confidential and out of public notice until my claim has been processed. I also received a second letter in Oct. informing me they were trying to reach me again. This sounds too good to be true. Is this a scam?????

I got a letter from Madrid saying that I had won $4,500,000 American Dollars in cash. They asked me to keep your winning confidential. They wanted my bank account information.
