After being told and given authorization to send back the 2 remaining full bottles from the 3 sent to me and receive a full refund of $150.00 they claimed they never received the item. The next customer service person I called said they did receive it one day after the 60 day dead line. I sent it back in July and was never sent a conformation that it was received . I have the receipt and tracking # which said it should get there in 3 days.They are liars and would not let me talk to a supervisor. Buyer beware!
