Type of a scam Online Purchase

While online recently I came across a link for Aurora Deep Sea eye serum & face cream. The ad referenced recommendations from Dr. Oz & stated it was very effective and proven to do what it says it will for eliminating wrinkles. The items were $4.95 each. I received the items in the mail within the last week or 2 and after checking my bank balance, I was charged $89.77 for the eye serum & $89.71 for the skin cream. Both bottles were trial sized. And nowhere in the order details nor on the site mentioned additional charges of $90 each after a ‘trial deadline’, which was also never mentioned. After calling the number referenced in my bank transaction, I get a guy who continually insisted there was no manager available I could speak with. But he could have a followup call scheduled, which I declined bc if someone is available to call me back, there should be no issue with transferring me or providing a number I can call. And to make matters worse, there’s no way possible to get a refund bc the expiration date has passed. These people are scams & ripoffs and it pisses me off consumers are getting taken advantage of from online businesses that aren’t reputable. So essentially I’m out of $180, not to mention overdraft fees.
