Type of a scam Online Purchase
On May 20th I ordered a t-shirt from a website called Alt-tshirts.com in the amount of 31.00. I went past the arrival date before emailing them twice and calling twice with no response. I then found out that they are listed as a closed company and that other customers also complained about them to your company. Upon watching my bank statement, today i noticed the amount was taken out of my account. (without me receiving any garment). This is unacceptable and poor business practice. I want my money back and i will continue to make the efforts necessary to do so.
