Someone called my business and asked to speak to the manager in charge. The phone number on my caller ID said Unknown 000-000-0000. They said they were calling from ABS Manufacturing and had important updates for my credit card system that I had missed. I do not do business with this company and was suspicious. The caller’s name was Sally. She asked if i needed a minute to get to my credit card machine. I asked for her phone number and she said she didn’t understand why I would need it. I told her I planned to call my credit card merchant services to see if this was legit. She told me if I was in charge I would know it was. I said I was the owner of the business and she hung up on me. I never got a phone number. I did call my merchant services and reported it and I did not need any updates.
