both my mother and brother called to tell me about Leslie Burke from ACA Mediation and I needed to call them right away, so I called on a Tuesday and talked to a woman named Alyssa, she told me that *** *** Bank had a case against me and was proceeding to take me to court for 654 dollars and if I didn’t pay by the following Friday that I would be sued for the money, have to pay court costs and legal and attorney fees, when I asked for a copy of legal documentation she had said that the bank had exhausted their efforts and at this time didn’t need to send me that info but I still needed to make a payment over the phone, in the total amount 487.59, they wouldn’t take a personal check nor a postal money order, she told me to get a Visa pre-paid card to make the payments of 81.26 for 3 months and then 81.27 for an additional 3 months then again I ask for documentation with my signature and she said she didn’t have a copy to send me, Wednesday night I called the business number after hours which didn’t have a regular business greeting but a full Voicemail box that was full and couldn’t accept mail at this time, Thursday morning I called their number to ask for their website and address Mr. Clark had told me to call back in a few minutes and they would provide me with that info when I did call back they had blocked my number and the phone sounded like it was out of service.
