I received an email to apply for a loan. I responded back and begin to apply for the loan. They asked for my account info and they needed this to deposit into my acct. I was wrong for giving them my information I agree with that. They deposited money into my account and than asked that I send it back to them in the form of a money gram to show good faith. I did that. Now money that they deposited into my acct came back as a returned check as being altered and fictitous from my credit union acct. Which now my acct is overdrawn for $1,194 and some change. I called and spoke to "Ace loan finance, inc."/David Cooper and they he stated that I have to give them $300 in order to settle this and take that overdrawn amount from my acct. My bank stated that I am responsible for the overdraft and owe them $1,194.
