Approached business owner and offered to install security equipment. He gave estimate while at business but placed an external operated camera in ladies room . Owner says local police won’t touch this Mark Dobson. He didn’t report it. This Dobson says his company is out of Dublin Ohio but business card has Dublins post office street address listed as his business location along with an address of W division in Union City IN. That address is owned by a local doctor.
