Received email, online for Apple ID constumer service supportand the 850-560-6333 number on site came up. Called and was asked for my IMEI number on phone and she said that charge 324 dollars from account and then they had be go through process of buying Apple ID and iTunes gift cards saying I would be reimbursed for after the process been done.
