I signed a notarized land installment contract to purchase a 2 acre plot of land from this company. After paying off the loan in full, I received a defective deed. The county sent me a letter saying that the legal description was incorrect. I sent multiple emails and tried calling the company multiple times. They stopped responding after they got my money, and never corrected the deed. Now I am trying to get a lawyer to get this mess sorted out.
