My mother received a post card in the mail from a company called ***/Financial Fidelity Incorporated claiming that she won a prize of 250,000 dollars enclosing a check of 2350.00. The letter stated that in order to receive the funds she must first send an amount of 1950.00 for a processing fee before she can receive the remainder of her money.
