I ordered my 7 items online and the payment was taken out and orser confirmation was sent to me on 05/12/201808:58:22 when you go on site to check statis it said it was still processing but today i clocked and it said website forbidden. i went to check the tracking number they gave me and it is a fake tracking number. i tried sending complaint via there website https://ayora.co/ but when you try to hit send it doesnt do anything at all. I then tried contacting them via social media accounts (facebook/ instagram) no reply at all and I found an email for their customer support [email protected] i emailed on may 27 and they still have not tried to reach out to me. these people are 100% a scam and i am so upset and disappointed that they tried taking advantage of me. please help. id like my money back and these peoples website ***  down so they can stop scamming people.

I ordered from ayora.co during a “flash sale” promising you only pay shipping, no matter how many items you have in your cart. I assumed the items wouldn’t be great quality but gave it a shot because I’ve ordered from similar websites and did receive some items I liked even though they were clearly cheaply made. Ayora has yet to fulfill or process my order or send me tracking info and it has been over a month. They only responded to my email asking how long fulfillment takes but have ignored my subsequent emails asking for a refund and how to cancel my order.

this is the only email i have received in over a month for my order and the same is happening to a friend that ordered from the same site. the “contact us” page has grammatical errors out the wazoo and no one replies to the email given.

Made two purchases on April 16, 2018. Received email confirming orders and received message in facebook messenger advising my order must have shipped, although I haven’t received a confirmation email stating so like they say has happened. Their page on facebook has suddenly deleted all posts since others have started questioning them publicly. Website claims items are free with a shipping payment of $12.97 per purchase. I will be contacting my bank to request a claim be made against this company, as well.
