I called Hans to get my registration and I went to give him the money and he said I would get my registration papers and tags within a few days so I waited till the end of the week and when I called he said that something happened at the DMV so I would get it the following week, so when that time came I called again and he said he had a family emergency and wasn’t able to pick up his order from the DMV and that I would get it the day after. Well then that’s when the run arounds started, now it’s been well over three months and I still haven’t received anything and upon speaking to him a few weeks ago he said he was going to get the money from another customer to pay me back which is wrong because that customer will end up not getting the service(s) they paid for
