Type of a scam Rental
My boyfriend & I found a rental advertisement on Craigslist about a rental property for $950 a month with all utilities included (which was like first red flag), so we emailed the person who posted the add for more information. He told us that he lived in Delaware & was thinking about selling his house (hence why there was a for sale sign out front) but had decided to rent it out instead & buy more property. We drove by the house and did see the for sale sign, so we decided to call the listing agent to check & make sure if it was really for sale seeing as he told us we could take the sign down as soon as we got the keys . The listing agent of the property conformed that it was, said she reported it & we said we would do the same.
