This company charges an application processing fee to screen prospective tenants for affordable housing units. Their website states that once your application has been approved, you will be placed on a list and contacted to view an available apartment of your choice. Unfortunately, we have been unable to get any further assistance after being told we were approved and placed on "the list" six months ago. Any attempt to find out where our application was on this supposed list and how long of a wait it would be was ignored, including being hung up on for inquiring.
