I did a Google search for an item I was looking for (Apple Watch). The price was good. A Countdown timer and minimal number were available. I searched and saw Alder and Co SHOP was legit and make the mistake of thinking this was the same. I ordered and immediately the money came out of my checking account but no confirmation was ever sent. When 2 days past with no contact, I searched for the website to contact them and got a ‘server not found’ message. A deeper search by my VERY competent wife (who used to do internet securities) found they operate under many names in this same way. Actually out of Canada but put up fake websites for a minimal amount of time, collect money, and no product is ever sent.
