I was contacted by phone stating this was an urgent matter and that if I didn’t take care of this debt that it would go to court and I would be sued. They states they were ACS Legal Services. They mentioned all the fees that would be involved if I was sued. They were willing to take a settlement for the total balance and when I asked if I could get documentation of this they started to yell at me and would not send me anything. I never received anything in the mail regarding this legal matter.
