I ordered a lanyard from this website back on 07/26th and almost 4 months later still have not received the product. I have tried getting in contact with their customer service on numerous occasions but there always seems to be an "error" keeping it from actually getting sent. Do not buy anything from this website, I have seen many other similar reviews. I have now gotten into contact with my bank to dispute the bogus charge.

Animepoko sent an email confirming my order was backordered after placing an order with them in 2015. They have since been unresponsive to phone calls and emails and I never received my product. The website has no information about their address and I have no way to proceed or be refunded for my product. There are other people who have also been scammed in the same way which is reported online.

I had attempted to place an order with this website on the 30th of May, but nothing has become of my order since then. Fortunately I had the funds for the order placed back into my bank account but the order is still listed as "pending" in Paypal and it’s been nearly a month since then at the time I’m writing this. And the first order that was placed with them months ago, I received the wrong item, though similar to what I had purchased and chose to let it go.
However, after seeing the scathing reviews and comments other people have left about this website and reading the horror stories of them being scammed out of money and never receiving their item or never receiving a refund (something I was very fortunate to have had done for me), I can’t sit by any longer and not say something.
This website is a total sham and needs to be shut down. I want to do my part so I’m reporting them for the frauds they are. I’m one of the lucky ones to have had the funds for the order returned to my account and will have the order canceled by Paypal on June 30th (as the 30-day wait period for pending orders will be up), but I know there are others not so lucky. It’s time for it to stop.
