Person calls saying that you have been chosen to receive $9700.00 from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This isn’t a loan. It’s free money that you don’t have to pay back. There are 3 ways to get your money. You can 1: give them a credit/debit card, 2: give them your checking/savings account number or 3: a money gram. You also have to send them a $200.00 prossing fee that is returned to you with your $9700.00. I have been called twice. The first time the fee was $220.00 the second time it was $200.00. They claim to be from the Health and Human Services government in DC but they give you a person in Alanta GA. to send the money to "for prossing". You supposedly are to receive your money in 10 min. I’m not sure about this but if feels like a scam to me.
