Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
My sister-in-law received an email claiming they were filing charges for non payment of a payday loan that she does not have. I called to get the company name and address and the man spoke broken english and got defensive when I said this was a scam and I was gathering info to report it to our Attorney General. He did say they were located in Rochester, NY, but then hung up.
