Letter from American Prize & Associates, Park Ave. New York, NY 10001 with a $6972.10 check and instructions to contact Mr. David Clark at 1 647 712 1240 BEFORE depositing check. The check is very authentic looking with WEALTHTRUST FAIRPORT, LLC 8434 E Shea Blvd. Scottsdale AZ 85260 and HUNTINGTON Private Banking across the top. Letter signed by Edward Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer followed by name and logos of Publishers Clearing House and Readers Digest. Bottom of letter has a form to fill out asking for first and last name and a security code which is at the top of the letter. I presume Mr. David Clark will give instructions of what to do with the completed form. The envelope has the AP Associates logo and a Canadian postage stamp. I copied the check on my computer printer and faint lines of the word " VOID" appeared across the check image.
