I was contacted by the hiring manager, offered a position, given an employment contract, completed I9 paperwork and given a supervisor.
I was to purchase items for the organization, specifically gift cards for my first few weeks. They loaded funds onto my credit card once the funds cleared I made purchases for them. I had contacted my credit card company asked them about the safety in this they stated that once the funds had cleared that the money was in my account.
After my first two weeks with the organization, my credit card alerted me to returned funds from Ariya Logistics bank. In one night all funds added to my card over *** were removed. Contacting my credit card company again they claim no liability and stated that funds can be removed by another banking institution even after two weeks.
