Many men and women send the same Facebook message after befriending you, they lead you to Agent Mark Wayne’s Facebook page. They say "hurry and do it because I got my money in a day." If you message Agent Mark Wayne, he will message you back. He’ll ask you "are you able to pay the money right now." He says "the faster you send the money, the faster you get your money." The UPS is supposed to bring you the money once you pay — via a certified check. If they send you $100,000 they require you to pay $800 up front. These are positioned as "government grants." If you pay $1500 you get $200,000. If you pay $10,000 you get a million dollars.
