Avalon Title and Escrow LLC, with Agent Jason Smith, was to find buyer for my timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, Mazatlan, Mexico. After several months and several fees that I paid without success at completing the sale, I cancelled the contract. To cancel the contract I paid Emerald additional fees to various Mexican “ agencies of the Government”, until I got a request for a “final” payment for Debt Collection from the Aduano of Mexican Government. I have not made that payment and am now seeking legal services and reporting this fraudulent activity by the company to BBB, Attorney GENERAL in Denver, etc.
