Company advertises as a vehicle transport company but is a total scam. Amber contacted me and promised a pickup and delivery of my vehicle but as the pickup date arrived I was informed they couldn’t deliver on any of the promises even as I was given a name and phone number of a driver. When I contacted this supposed driver he knew nothing of my vehicle and informed me that my vehicle would not be picked up. After hearing this, I reached out to auto transport 123 immediately only to find that Amber and her colleagues were now avoiding me and would not take my calls. They charged me a 250 dollar pickup fee that I still have not been refunded and I have been unable to get any answers or explanation from this company. I am currently looking into other legal options to recoup my deposit and make sure Amber and others like her are unable to steal from other customers looking to ship a vehicle. TOTAL SCAM! Stay away!
