I purchased a face moisturizing product over six months ago and did not receive it. I was billed $89.95. After a couple months I disputed this with my bank. Why did I wait so long? I have had another purchase from another company take this long before. Now my bank has dismissed my claim. I look and see they have given back the money. My bank also said this is a money transfer. My bank still didn’t seem to understand I was trying to purchase a product and not transfer money. Sounds like I need a new bank, too. I will be going in person to my nearest bank to try to get my money back. At this stage, the future is hazy.
Oh, at Accessory Overstock they have a disconnected phone number. I cannot find a proper email. Let’s not forget that they claim their website is under construction. How convenient for them. I am beyond annoyed by all of this

I ordered a makeup palette from this website and immediately knew I shouldn’t have. I never received a confirmation email and the money was taken immediately out of my account. I looked up the company and went through their website where it says “contact us” and let them know that I just ordered a product and never got a confirmation email or receipt. I never heard back. A week later, I messaged again through their website and again said I still had not received anything and I wanted a refund because of me feeling like it was a scam and again nothing. Now it’s been almost a month and I’m reading the reviews and now see that no one has ever received anything from them that they ordered! Now I’m worried about my card info from even placing an order with this scamming website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE!!!

After you order, they draft from your account immediately, then there is no further communication. Found out too late, you can only contact them through a message system on the web page and they do not respond. Phone line has been disconnected and removed from the website. Their About Us page is basic and full of how they will be protected but they are scamming the public instead! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I did my research too late and found that there are tons of people with the exact same issue!! Also once you order, you will not be able to log back in to look at your purchase info, it will tell you that your password is wrong and to request it to be changed, and then you will not get a response on that either! The item I ordered isn’t even on their list of products!! A google search for the best price sent me to that page where I had ordered it, and of course I had better hurry because it’s almost sold out! BUT the main page of their non-existent products are all phone accessories, nothing at all like what I ordered from them. SCAM SITE !!! BEWARE!!

I went to this website to purchase a type of cologne and a new iphone charging cord. The only shipping option available was expedited shipping, but after placing the order on 12/26/17 and tracking via their website, it hadn’t shipped until 1/02/18. Today is 1/08/18 and the website said expedited shipping should take no more than 3 days. They have not responded to my complaint via their website and I have found one other example of someone suffering from seemingly the exact same scam. Their surveys on google are either 5 star reviews that seem too good to be true or 1 star reviews telling you that the 5 stars are all fake. The phone number immediately told me the call failed and after about two weeks of waiting I feel I have been scammed. They leave no email for you to contact.

When searching google for a product I wanted to purchase for the holidays this website showed up. I wanted to purchase a card game called, "What’s the Meme?" It showed up on their site and I clicked to purchase. The website looked legitimate. it even had the secure symbol before the web address. I entered my information and they charged my credit card. I never received a confirmation e-mail. I logged into the site and checked my contact information. It was correct. The product showed as shipped on December 22nd. I waited thinking due to the holidays it would arrive late. The information shipped hadn’t changed so I thought it was lost in the mail system. The phone number is disconnected. The company didn’t return my e-mails inquiring about the product and I never received the product. I saw many reviews that shared similar stories online about this company. That’s when I decided to report the company/website as fraudulent. It needs to be shutdown before more people are victimized.

On Dec 6, 2017 I ordered a game, per the site it indicated that it would handle my order within 3 business days or less. Took my credit card "instantly" didn’t receive a tracking code or that it had shipped. I sent an email on 12/12/17 requesting status and if no status wanted to cancel the order and receive a credit. AO sent an email on 12/21/17 stating that it shipped on 12/11/17. NOPE, still no tracking number and no product. I tried calling them at (646) 328-2532 which vmail stated they were unavailable, very busy. I called several days at different times receiving the same msg. Then on 12/22/17 the number had been disconnected. I have sent another email on 12/27/17 stating if I didn’t receive the product or a tracking code I would send in a fraud notice. Today is 12/30/17.
