Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered and paid for a steam hair straightener which never came. I tried contacting the company with the phone number that I found in the help section of the web-page which an automated operator answered letting me know the number is no longer in service. I send an email to the Support and I get a response that the tracking number in the email is not used because they do not use a company who tracks and that allows them to keep their prices low. After a few more emails I was told by this "Laura" person that my product would arrive by March 2. The package never came and now the links to the store no longer work and I am not getting any responses from my emails. Since then, I have contacted RipOff, GripeVine, Contact6, Amazon, and one other reporting agency to make others aware of this scam company. I’ve reported the company to Amazon because they were advertising on their website. I’ve gone on to the Facebook page and reported the male person supposedly in Missouri who’s pushing this company who’s location might be in Louisiana. Although the amount lost is small imaging the number of people who have lost small amounts. I have kept all correspondence from the supposed Support person and the original email where I was told my product would arrive within 3-5 business days. The web page is all in Spanish.
