Their technician came to home, diagnosed a problem, and promised to fix it. The technician explained in detail what he was going to fix. Unfortunately the work order did not match his promises. The company immediately cashed my check and then the next day had no recollection of any of the repair promises that were made. Make sure you detailed work orders from this company. If your work order is left vague, do not sign it. This company is scamming you.
