Type of a scam Debt Collections
The person who called me identified himself as Joe Manning representing AC Associates collecting a debt for Cashnet.
He used the name of one of my sons. He said he was willing to settle the debt for half of the amount owed.
I felt this was a scam and he was trolling for more information. When I looked up the name of the AC Associates on the internet, it referred me to an insurance company.
