We purchased a Grille on the American HVAC Parts website. Our credit card was charged, and we never received what we bought. I called the number included on my credit card statement & was connected to a Scammers playground trying to scam you with different offers. Press #1 or #2, bogus offer after the other. If you do relent and select #1 to talk to someone, hopefully about your order, you are transferred to a
"Call Center" probably located in India. When I stated that I’m calling about an order that I had placed through their website, my call was promptly disconnected. Be Forewarned and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING From this Bogus, Scammer Website!
