I have 3 charges on my credit card from this company – AJS SKIN REFRESH PRO 888-608-5426 (4.95, 89.95, & 94.90). I know I got SCAMMED for a skin serum that I do not have. I was transferred to 4 people, supervisor by supervisor to tell me that they can’t do anything, it was a promo for 14 days and if I don’t call back to cancel, then, it’ll continue to be charged for something I do not have. (i cancelled!) And then, they tried to give me a tracking #, for what? Post office will tell me it was delivered, it’s a she said/he said situation. I told them that this is a scam and requested to get back $189.80 but he refused, I also said that I will report this to BBB and Supervisor Anthony said, "Go ahead!" I will also report this to my bank for this is a fraud! I can’t imagine the numerous victims who can used that money for food, health, or pay bills, that’s a big chunk of money! WE NEED TO REPORT COMPANIES LIKE THEM, THE MORE COMPLAINTS, THE HIGHER THE CHANCE FOR BBB TO LOOK INTO THIS SCAM!!
