I ordered a Halloween costume for my son. I emailed to cancel my order knowing it wouldn’t make it in time for Halloween. I got a system generated email saying it was shipped and to be patient. I emailed the company again demanding I get a refund and will be returning the product. I then got the same email again. The number listed on the website is bogus. I have seen MANY people online saying they take your money and never receive what you order!!!

They sell Halloween items, Ordered a zombie Girl Prop from the company they say it takes 1-4 weeks for shipping, they say they will send you a shipping date and tracking number in 4 days, but don’t, no reply to my emails about shipping never got my item, there get in touch contact email gives you an error not working right know check back, phone number disconnected, They sell Halloween items they have another site Unicorn East Vikilily, both sites have the same look and policy’s they say they support 24/7 The just changed email [email protected]
