I was contacted 4/9/2020 by Paul Richman from Las Vegas he said I had won 3.5 Million dollars and a new Mercedes. He wanted me to go get a visa card in the amount $140.00 for the processing fees. I told him we were in quarantine because of the Corona Virus and could not get the visa card for him today. He called twice yesterday and also someone called on 4/8/2020 claiming the same thing but they wanted $300.00 processing fee. I told him he was a scammer and he claimed he was not and he wanted to know when he could bring the car. He claimed he had a lawyer coming to my house to finalize the deal today 4/10/2020. I told him we would be home to bring the car because we are quarantined, but I would not have a visa card for him. Then he said don’t you want this money and car and I said sure, but I did not play any lottery and that he was a scammer and he hung up. His whole conversation was on tape I can e-mail it to you. His phone # was 876-869-1423.
