I initially purchased some tech support when I thought that my computer had been hacked. I followed an Apple phone number to these guys touting Archon Shield as providing Basic Firewall and Total Security. I paid $714.99 for the protection. I was contacted recently by these people who said that there had been some questions from other customers and that they needed to check my current system. They said that apparently a virus/hack had entered my computer and needed to be expunged. Another $515.00, this time to Archon Shield, but through an outfit called Gofro, which I’ve recently learned is a travel service? I’m thinking that I’ve been scammed. All I have had are phone contacts.
