Was told that I had received a good citizen government grant of $11,300. Told to drive to Walmart and to purchase a $200 IRS registration card. Was given apersonal I D number and to reveal this number to no one. Was told to phone Mr. SUNTER from the parking lot of Walmart when I had arrived there.
