He called my mum who took his info and passed it to me. I called it seems legit. There was a customer service line and he had a direct number. The “rep” asked for my call back info and time frame of availability. He called me an hour after I was no longer available. He asked me to verify my last 4 of my cell number and my email on file. He then told me I’d get a text with a code he then asked if I’d like him to make the password College1. That’s when I stopped and asked why he needed the code and why he’s making me a password, was it for his program or for my fasfa as the text code had “FSA” in it. He told me that he had to access my account to be able to tell me if I qualify for the student loan forgiveness program especially the non for profit program as I work at a catholic ministry of hospitals. I told him not to proceed and hung up. I then proceeded to change my password for my fasfa account. I have also placed a lock on 2 of the big credit companies and a freeze on the other as it was the only option. Today while I was at work. I received another call from this man. I did not answer nor did he leave a message.
