Saw an ad on Instagram. Made a purchase. The seller provided a confirmation email two days later with a tracking number for FedEx. One month later, no item has been delivered. Checked tracking number and it shows it has not shipped. Contacted service support for seller. They blamed USPS (the tracking number was for FedEx!). Contacted again to confirm tracking number. They blamed the carrier and said they have messaged the carrier to ask for a faster delivery. Tracking number is fake. Company is not on SOS Business Search. No company address on their communications.
