Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was contacted directly via text message (which is NOT how reputable, professional, legitimate companies operate). When I called the number (as I should be able to do, given that a text was sent from this "number"), my call was continually declined. I then looked up the phone number I received the initial text from; the phone number is actually of a different marketing/consultation firm in San Francisco.
