I was contacted by Jamie Williams regarding a job. I was sent a check for $3750 that I was to deposit and keep $150 to purchase a computer for the job. Every thing was done through instant messaging. The address to send the money to was Mt. Sinai Health Systems, Apt. 12, George Lane., Amery, WI 54001
