I received a phone call from what seemed to be someone from my insurance company, saying that my insurance will pay for a new pain cream. Although I knew it was a sales call, I was interested in the product. So I began giving them my personal information. But when they started asking for answers to security questions, like my mother’s maiden name or where I went to school, I refused to give the information. The man tried to talk me into continuing but I refused. Then he got angry with me, said something sarcastic, and hung up on me. I did not know the name of the company until I called the number back, and someone answered saying First Care Services.
