Text the number and David James, atty. will reply and get you name, address, email and age in order to get you approved for the grant. Once approved, almost immediately, he’ll tell you to pay $500 to get $100,00;p get $300,000, etc. The money you send is to take care of the UPS Courier charge. There is little processing time, delivery within a few days. The person, someone from my past, stated she did it and it worked.
