I order a piece of furniture online. After a few weeks when it didn’t arrive I called. the phone number kept saying press 1 for this 2 for that. Each time it would say it was busy and to call back later. All the time now matter what button I pressed. There was a tracking number with a company USP which I thought was maybe trying to sound like UPS or USPS. When I called that number it said "mail box is full". The tracking seemed to be made up. The package was moving all over the country days at a time being sorted and in transit. When I went to look at my credit card statement it was charged to a "go fund me" account.
