Saw an ad on Instagram for free handbag as a promotional event as long as you pay $*** shipping. Realized right afterward that they had no customer service department and all email contacts are automated. They have not sent products to other customers for several months and if you contact them for shipping information, they send you an automated response or stop responding all together. I had tried to cancel my payment and requested they cancel the order but they returned with an automated response that repeats over and over.
