I ordered a hydro flask water bottle from this website on July 20 and it is now August 24. I still have not received it. I looked on their website which says they will email you when it ships. I never got an email from them, and it says the water bottle I ordered was in stock. I tried emailing them a week ago about the status of my order, and I haven’t even heard back from them. Not a way to run a business. I have been waiting so long to receive my order.
I would just like to receive my order, and for the business to contact me about the status of my order.
